31ten has supported CCR by providing commercial support and capacity as we assess a wide range of investment opportunities. There overall approach has supported the financial, commercial and governance processes has helped us to further develop a well-structured, thorough and robust Business Case approach to support our investments. Their quality of output, flexibility and ability to talk to a wide range of stakeholders and has supported us in assessing over £300 million of opportunities so far.

They integrated well with the team, developing strong relationships and networks, whilst remaining objective and a supportive and an effective critical friend. They have a deep understanding of the local government sector, its partners, and the dynamics. They bring a strong blend of knowledge, ideas and experience and can tailor and adapt their approach to the council’s requirements.

31ten have been instrumental to the delivery of this project. We worked brilliantly together as a team and I have complete trust in every single person at 31ten. I really appreciated their proactivity and I don’t think we could have achieved this massive shift without them!

[31ten's] challenge was always constructive, evidence-based and despite in some cases being difficult to hear, framed in such a way as to motivate and inspire commitment to the actions required. [31ten] are experts in their field. They have the unique skill of being able to explain theoretical management models but more importantly, adjust, translate and apply them in practice.
