The Assignment

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council faced significant operational and audit risk from an ageing financial management system. The council required an independent partner to develop a Green Book–compliant Full Business Case and lead a strategic procurement process to select a modern, compliant finance platform that would strengthen financial resilience, transparency, and efficiency.

The Role
