This month, 31ten has announced a new partnership with WONDER Foundation, a charity dedicated to empowering women and girls. Through access to education, skills development and employment opportunities, the WONDER Foundation focuses on breaking cycles of poverty and overcoming gender inequality.
As an official Impact Allies Partner to the Foundation, 31ten will be supporting the organisation’s UK branch, which operates from the Baytree Centre in Brixton.
As its first commitment, 31ten has donated to the Foundation’s ‘In Her Corner’ fundraising campaign. The 2026 International Women’s Month campaign raised over £82,000 to support over 500 women and girls in gaining skills training paired with mentoring, and help recipients earn over £13.1 million, start 2,725 businesses, and bring 11,512 children back into school.
This new partnership reflects 31ten’s continued commitment to creating meaningful social impact and supporting initiatives that align closely with the company’s values around equality and inclusion.
Commenting on the partnership, Laura Bridges, Director at 31ten said:
“We are incredibly proud to partner with WONDER Foundation and support the important work they do. This partnership reflects our commitment to creating positive social impact, while giving our colleagues meaningful ways to contribute their skills and experience to causes that matter to them.”
Carmen Gonzalez, CEO, at WONDER Foundation says, “We’re delighted to welcome 31ten as an Impact Allies Partner. Our work depends on partners who bring more than funding, and 31ten brings both, financial support through the In Her Corner campaign, and the time of colleagues willing to sit alongside our participants, share their experience and give honest feedback on CVs, interviews and career decisions. For young women preparing to step into work, internships or further study, that direct professional contact is often what turns an application being read into an application being noticed. We’re looking forward to building this partnership over the coming years.”
Through the partnership, 31ten colleagues will have the opportunity to contribute their expertise and time across a range of initiatives, including corporate volunteering days at the Baytree Centre and mentoring and employability support workshops.
For 31ten as a BCorp, this partnership is particularly important to 31ten’s people and culture agenda. It directly supports the company’s ambitions around gender equality and employee engagement, creating opportunities for mentoring and coaching across all career stages.
