It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Cian Cronin to Director at 31ten.

“Since joining 31ten in the summer of 2023, Cian has been excellent in transferring his experience within local government across to the world of consulting” says Nick Walford, Director and Placemaking & Regeneration Lead at 31ten.

“His unique knowledge and experience in regeneration, planning and development has helped continue to grow and diversify the 31ten service offer. He is now a leading voice in helping authorities with their temporary accommodation challenges and in reviewing and appraising various housing opportunities to find innovative solutions,” says Nick.
