About you

We’re keen to hear from values-driven, ambitious individuals to join our growing team of consultants and analysts. The role will focus on advising on the financial impact of our projects, including property, regeneration, investment, funds and more. The projects you will work on will be highly varied, with a mixture of clients and a focus on supporting the public sector.

We value a broad, diverse range of perspectives, and we recruit based on competence and potential. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following:

  • 2-4 years professional experience in an area related to accounting or financial analysis;
  • Holding an accounting qualification (CIPFA, ACA, etc.);
  • Advanced Excel skills; ideally with experience in financial modelling;
  • A robust understanding of accounting principles;
  • Experience in data analytics;
  • Strong collaboration skills and keen to work as part of a team;
  • Project management and organisational skills;
  • Being comfortable engaging and interacting with clients;
  • Can work flexibly and to deadlines; with a successful track record of contributing to several projects simultaneously.

The role

We are keen to speak to candidates who can assist the team in delivering the following services:

  • Supporting sound strategic decision making through robust financial modelling of projects, property development, regeneration schemes, joint venture partnerships and investments;
  • Translating the impacts of projects into an understanding of how this affects key stakeholders, for example, the public sector accounting impact on local authorities.
  • Project finance modelling, business planning, the development of green book business cases, options appraisals;
  • Develop and present data analytics models to sift through data and identify trends, patterns and forecasts;
  • Develop a strategic approach to securing investment by developing public-private partnerships, such as joint ventures and setting up trading companies.
  • Supporting 31ten’s wider projects and teams with specialist modelling expertise.

Additional details

Our office is in London Bridge and we operate a hybrid-working model, with flexibility to work from home and our office, with travel to client-site as required.
